Rules and Regulations


  • We do not rent RV's or provide tent sites.

  • All monthly lot fees must be paid in full upon arrival. (No exceptions)

  • Dogs must be approved by TLH and have all rabies/vaccine paperwork available

  • We do not allow school age children during the school year for stays longer than one night.

  • Deposits are required for monthly sites and are only refundable until 14 days of arrival date.

  • Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum

  • All new arrivals must be in before 9pm.

  • Checkout for nightly stays is Noon.

  • 2 Vehicles allowed per RV site. Additional vehicles are allowed with permission and additional fee.

  • Units must be owner occupied. We do not allow subletting. 

General Rules

  • We are an RV park and not a campground as we do not offer restrooms or showers.

  • Failure to pay lot fees in a timely manner will result in termination of agreement

  • We do not have a dump station. Sewer connections are offered with each paid site.

  • No wood burning fires are permitted (Propane and charcoal grills allowed)

  • Dogs must be on leash at all times and owners are responsible for picking up after them in a timely manner.

  • Clotheslines are not permitted.

  • Please place household trash in dumpster by entrance to RV Park.

  • Tires, mattresses, electronics, and oversized furniture are not permitted in park dumpsters.
